About Feldspar
El feldespato es el grupo mineral más abundante de la corteza terrestre, que comprende varias gemas distintas incluidas la labradorita (con labradorescencia), la piedra lunar (con adularescencia), la ortoclasa, la sanidina y la amazonita. Las variedades gemológicas se valoran por sus fenómenos ópticos únicos: el brillo azul-blanco de la piedra lunar, el juego de colores metálico de la labradorita, y el color verde-azulado de la amazonita.
