About Hackmanite
A hackmanite é uma variedade de sodalite que exibe o notável fenómeno da tenebrescência — a capacidade de mudar de cor reversível com exposição à luz. Nos exemplares frescos ou recentemente expostos à luz UV, a cor intensifica-se do pálido ao rosa, violeta ou vermelho, mas desvanece à luz solar.
