About Gaspéite
A gaspeíte é um carbonato de níquel raro com uma cor verde-limão a verde-amarelada característica. Foi descoberta na Península de Gaspé, no Canadá, e encontrada posteriormente na Austrália. A cor verde vívida torna-a uma pedra ornamental atraente, usada em cabuchões e contas. Devido à sua raridade, a gaspeíte australiana tornou-se cada vez mais valorizada, sendo utilizada por joalheiros que trabalham com pedras de cor não convencional. A sua textura é geralmente maciça ou granular.
