About Humite
La humita es un raro nesosilicato de magnesio con flúor e hidroxilo que forma cristales amarillos a naranja en mármoles y skarn dolomíticos metamorfizados. Los ejemplares de calidad gemológica son poco comunes; el material transparente facetado, aunque raro, exhibe un agradable color amarillo dorado a naranja. La humita también se conoce como parte del grupo de la humita, que incluye la condrodita, la clinohumita y la norbergita.
